Weon Kuu, Chung Participates in ASTRO 2025

In the early morning of October 1, 2025 (KST), at the world’s largest radiation oncology meeting, 

ASTRO 2025, held in San Francisco, USA, CEO Weon Kuu Chung delivered an 

oral presentation titled “Low-dose Irradiation for Neurodegenerative Disease” 

at the 1st KASTRO/KOSRO Educational Symposium, a Korea–U.S. joint session.

Mr. Chung introduced a digital X-ray–based precise low-dose irradiation technology and 

outlined the potential, safety, and clinical application pathways of non-oncologic radiation therapy 

for various neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s disease. 

The talk was given in a session discussing non-oncologic indications such as dementia, 

osteoarthritis, and cardiac arrhythmia, drawing strong interest from global experts.
